Having Met

Ever since the day we met,
I knew you were extremely special.
I knew I wanted to get to know you better
And that my emotions had been touched.

Then, I fell in love and knew
I wanted to spend my whole life with you.
I wanted to tell you all about myself
And how that I would begin to grow as a person.

Once you and I became one, I knew
That my body and mind were passionate forever.
If we had not met,
I'd still be searching for happiness ...

And would always be thinking
That love was not real.
So, I want to dearly thank you
For the day we met ... and forever after.
I will always love you!
